Caitlyn Webster

Caitlyn has worked as a photographer, marine biologist, and (polar) diver across all seven continents. Learning to SCUBA dive catalyzed her career and passion to encourage the exploration, appreciation, and protection of the ocean. 

Although she loves being in any ocean, Caitlyn can never get  enough time under the painfully frigid seas in the Arctic and Antarctic. The expeditions may be numb, the calling to protect these threatened ecosystems sets her soul on fire. She swears that she loves thawing out within coral reefs and finding submerged serenity deep in the Yucatan’s cenotes too though! Based in San Diego as a Research Technician at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, yet constantly on the go, her dream is to save the sea with creativity.
